Noa, a member of St Johns Lutheran Church, Aubigny, has been given a wonderful opportunity that God-willing, will lead to full-time missionary work.
Noa shares the following:
“I’ve had the privilege of being part of Christian student groups at the universities I’ve been a part of for 8 years. In His grace God has given me many chances to share the gospel with people and to encourage and be encouraged by others to persevere in faith. I’ve been given the opportunity to do this full-time in 2026. I am starting a new role working with the Australian fellowship of evangelical students (AFES) as an apprentice, where I will be trained in practical skills of sharing the gospel with people, supporting the body of believers and being equipped for a lifetime of serving Jesus.
One of the most exciting things about being involved in Uni ministry is seeing people put their trust in Jesus for the first time! Uni is often a time when people ask the big questions of life, and I’ve found that people are surprisingly open to hearing the message of the gospel. There’s also a huge number of international students on campus – many of whom have never even heard the name Jesus.
I won’t receive a regular salary, instead relying on the financial support of family in Christ who give to support this ministry.
